Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try first: every PC gets a free 24-hour Pro trial with no payment, so you can check OptiCore works on your system before buying.

Refunds

If OptiCore Pro doesn't work on your PC, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Open a 🔑 License / refund ticket on Discord, or email [email protected], with your license key and order details. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
When a refund is issued, the license key is revoked.
Refunds aren't available for keys that were shared, resold or revoked for breaking the terms.

Cancelling Monthly

You can cancel a Monthly subscription at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Partial months aren't refunded except under the 7-day rule above.

Delivery

OptiCore is a digital product. Your license key is delivered on Discord (and by email where available), normally within minutes of payment. Nothing is shipped physically.
